Class Overview

Why is this important?

This brief labs session helps us identify any troubleshooting issues relating to the remote labs. We will work with some of the software that requires academic licensing to ensure that the lab license are running correctly. This is important as technical and software issues with the remote labs can affect your ability to meet your learning goals and complete the course deliverables.

What will we do?

This pre-quarter one hour session is part of the MPAcc Orientation. This short class aims to identify any troubleshooting issues relating to using the Remote labs.

How this relates to other classes:

We will work on the Foster Remote Labs to test various software. The datasets we will work with have common data quality issues we will address and provide a good reason to consider visualization.
