• Suggested Pre-Class Preparation

  1. Students should be in the process of completing the ethics and governance materials assigned on the EYARC Experience platform.
  2. Progress on the team automation challenge should be about one week away from completion, with 75-90% of the bot completed. To support this level of completion teams should be able to submit evidence of a completed base workflow with any additional enhancements in progress/scoped out with comments.

• Class Plan

  1. The workshop will be done in teams, with the goal of providing support and guidance as needed while teams work on their final projects. There are no specific planned activities for this class, but I will be providing support and guidance as needed while teams work on their final projects. The expectation is that teams will make significant progress during this workshop, with the goal of being close to completion by the end of the class.
  2. There will be no PollEverywhere in this class, or any individual tasks/assessments, but there will be a team submission of the current state of the project at the end of class as a check-in to ensure teams are on track for completion.
