  • The memo should be one page or less covering: (i) a quick summary of the project details (final company/companies being followed and key metrics being captured), (ii) A status update, (iii) key problem areas and/or assistance requests.
  • As long as the proposal continues to meet the minimum expectations for the ACCTG 521/522 Joint Capstone Project, all teams will receive 75% for their proposal, with a possible additional 0-25% obtainable by the time the final project is submitted.

  • Include an updated milestone diagram as an Appendix as an effective way to demonstrate progress, and consider adding elements to discuss any problem areas/difficulties encountered.
  • If you have encountered difficulties that you have been able to overcome, highlight these in this meeting and memo. If you have gotten stuck on a specific task, feel free to request assistance.
  • For equity, any assistance requests that I can fulfill, I will post a video walkthrough of the solution that can be accessed by all teams. I will use the Canvas Announcements Tool to announce when and where this content becomes available.
